Description

During feeding process, using mechanical device to break the PET bottle bale is a necessary function for highly automated process. How to make this idea into simple practical process, and maximize reduction of power consumption and wearing of equipment, has always been a problem of this industry. • Angle of cutting between rotary blade and fixed blade increases the efficiency of crushing and assure the moving direction of materials in the crushing room, lowering the friction and mechanical friction of the materials to the crusher chamber.
• Specially designed machine structure and processing method prevent the materials leaking from the gap between the screen and chamber.
• We have designed the strength of the shaft in the process of material choosing and heat treatment, so that the shaft will never crack.
