IML system for 20L system

The new IML technology of “partly labeling ” on 6L IML buckets has completely taken the place of traditional IML technology of “fully covered labeling”.

”Fully covered labeling” can make labeling easier, which can guarantee products’ quality and production efficiency, but it also has limitation on diversity of appearance. It is necessary to overcome problems on technology to cater marketing requirement.

6L IML bucket system equips special labeling tools so that it can stick and deliver labels in double-sides and position precisely, which achieve the effect of double-sides labeling in part of buckets. The cycle time of total system now can be as short as 16 seconds.
